罗汉松的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic Study on Podocarpus Macrophyllus

目的对罗汉松科植物罗汉松进行生药学研究。方法用传统方法对药材性状进行鉴别;对其叶子进行切片并观察;粉末显微特征观察;用薄层色谱进行理化鉴别。结果详细描述了罗汉松的生药性状、横切面构造、粉末特征以及分析了理化鉴别的研究结果。结论实验结果可为罗汉松的生药鉴定、质量标准制定及进一步开发利用提供参考依据。

Objective To systematically study pharmacognostics of medicinal plants Podocarpus mocrophyllus. Methods The characteristics of the crude drug were identified; the leaf of sample was cut into slice for microscopic examination; its microscopic structures were observed and its physicochemical properties were studied by TLC. Results Property, cross-section structure, characteristics of Podocarpus macrophyllus were described in detail, the physicochemical identification was also applied. Conclusions These studies provide reference for further development, quality control and pharmacognostic identification of Podocarpus macrophyllus.
