护理干预对老年患者腹部MRI检查质量的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Senile Patients for Abdominal MRI Examination

目的探讨护理干预对老年患者腹部MRI检查质量的影响。方法将220例需行MRI腹部检查的老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各110例,对照组按常规护理配合医师进行检查,观察组在常规护理的基础上对患者进行饮食指导、心理干预、呼吸训练等护理干预,然后观察两组患者完成检查的质量。结果通过护理干预,观察组的患者在情绪反应、对MRI检查相关知识的掌握、图像质量及对护理质量的满意度方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对MRI检查的老年患者实施护理干预,可使患者熟悉检查过程、消除恐惧心理、主动配合顺利完成检查,同时也提高了患者对护理质量的满意度。

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on quality of senile patients for abdominal MRI examination. Methods 220 senile patients who required MRI abdominal examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 1 10 cases in each. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention such as dietary guidance, psychological intervention and respiratory training on the basis of conventional nursing, to observe the quality of physical examination in the two groups. Results The observation group had a higher satisfaction than the control group on emotional reactions, knowledge of MRI examination, image quality and nursing quality, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Nursing intervention can make the elderly patients for MRI examination familiar with the review process, eliminate their fear, actively cooperate to successfully complete the examination, and has improve their satisfaction with quality of nursing.
