摘要
目的探讨儿童消化道重复畸形患者的护理措施。方法选取2008年1月至2010年4月我院收治的消化道重复畸形的儿童12例,分析其临床护理资料。结果 12例患儿1例死亡,其余均成活,随访1年,都正常生长。结论对消化道重复畸形儿童进行心理护理、术前术后护理等精心护理,均能够取得良好的效果。
Objective To discuss the nursing measures of pediatric patients with gastrointestinal duplications. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the nursing data of 12 cases of pediatric gastrointestinal duplications from January 2008 to April 2010. Results All but one patients survived and grew normally during one-year follow-up. Conclusions Elaborate psychological and perioperative nursing can achieve good treatment effect of pediatric patients with gastrointestinal duplications.
