中药治疗感染性骨缺损的围手术期护理干预

Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Patients with Infective Bone Defects Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨护理干预对中药治疗感染性骨缺损围手术期的影响。方法回顾2009年1月至2012年1月我院收治的感染性骨缺损患者共50例,所有患者围手术期均采用中药治疗并随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用中药治疗后常规护理,观察组采用中药治疗后系统性护理干预,比较两组患者功能恢复情况。结果两组患者围手术期时间、术后感染、骨缺损愈合时间、患者疼痛度减轻及骨关节功能恢复比较,观察组均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗感染性骨缺损后采用系统性护理干预,可显著缩短围手术期时间,减少术后感染,减轻患者的疼痛度,并有利于骨关节功能的完全恢复。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention on infected bone defects treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 50 patients with infected bone defects from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all the patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine with conventional nursing, and the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine with systematic nursing intervention, to compare the functional recovery between the two groups of patients. Results The perioperative time, postoperative infection, bone defect healing time, pain relief in patients, and bonejoint function recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention after traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infected bone defects can obviously shorten the perioperative time, reduce postoperative infection, alleviates the pain in patients, and is beneficial to complete recovery of bone joint function.
