摘要
目的观察前瞻性护理质量管理模式在产前区护理管理中的应用效果,提高护理的整体质量。方法以2011的在本院就医的患者为研究对象,采用历史文献对照法,与2010年进行对照,以护理工作的改善情况与护理工作的满意度为指标,分析实施前瞻性护理质量管理模式的应用效果。结果前瞻性护理质量管理模式应用后的护理质量与护理满意度均明显优于应用前(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理质量管理模式可有效降低护理风险,减少不良护理事件的发生率,促进产前区护理质量的持续改善。
Objective To study the application effect of prospective nursing quality management model in prenatal district nursing administration. Methods Historical document contrast was used to compare the nursing improvement and nursing satisfaction between 2011 and 2010, to analyze the application effect of prospective nursing quality management model. Results The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction after the application of prospective nursing quality management model were significantly better than the pre-application （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prospective nursing quality management model can effectively lower the nursing risks, reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, and continuously improve the quality of nursing in prenatal district.
