摘要
目的探讨ICU护士职业危害的因素,同时了解ICU护士对职业危害认知、职业防护现状、教育需求及有效防护措施。方法对本院38名ICU护士进行职业防护培训,调查培训前后的效果并进行比较分析。结果 ICU护士对职业危害的知晓率培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对ICU护士职业防护的培训教育,可以增强ICU护理人员的自我防护意识,提高ICU护士职业防护的依从性,避免护理人员发生职业病的危险,从而更好地为病人提供优质的护理服务。
Objective To investigate the occupational hazards and protective strategies of nurses in ICU. Methods Questionare about occupational protection was performed for 38 nurses in ICU before and after training, and the investigation results were comparatively analyzed. Results The ICU nurses had awareness rate of occupational hazards with statistical difference （P 〈0.05） before and after the training. Conclusion Occupational protection training for ICU nurses can enhance the self-protection awareness, improve the occupational protection compliance, and avoid the risk of nursing occupational diseases, in order to provide better nursing services for patients.
