摘要
目的调查本院住院药房药品管理问题,分析其相关原因,针对各原因探讨防范措施,为药品管理提供可行性措施作参考。方法对本院住院药房2011年8月到2012年4月《药品质量问题登记表》所登记的469例药品问题进行统计分析。结果药品破损占药品问题43.5%,拆零药品质量问题为26.7%,回收药品质量问题为16.4%,过期药品为4.5%,药品摆放不规范为9%。结论药品问题存在于住院药房的整个工作过程,有必要采取措施,加强药品管理,提高住院药房服务质量。
Objective To investigate the inpatient pharmacy management problems, analyze the related causes and preventive measures, provide reference for drug management feasibility measures. Methods The problems of 469 cases of drug registered by Drug Quality Problem Registration Form in inpatient pharmacy from August 2011 to April 2012 were analyzed statistically. Results Drug damage accounted for drug problems of 43.5%; dismantle medicines quality problems of 26.7%; recovery of drug quality problems of 16.4%; 4.5% of expired drugs; drug placed for 9%. Conclusions Drug problems in inpatient pharmacy in the whole working process, it is necessary to take measures to strengthen drug administration, and improve the service quality of inpatient pharmacy.
