心理护理对外科手术患者焦虑情绪和疼痛感影响的研究

Study of the psychological care for the surgical patients with anxiety and pain perception

目的探讨心理护理对外科手术患者焦虑情绪和疼痛感的影响。方法将68例外科择期手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者除与对照组接受相同的常规治疗护理外,还接受心理护理干预,在围术期运用调查工具对研究对象进行测试并加以比较。结果①试验组手术前夜和术后3 d的状态性焦虑水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),②试验组术后疼痛感评分也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理是改善患者心理状态,减轻患者疼痛感的有效护理措施。

Objective To investigate the psychological care of anxiety and pain in surgical patients. Methods The object of study was the chosen patients in surgery department from June 2011 to February 2012,a total of 68 people, 68 patients were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups. In addition to the control group received the same conventional treatment and care, the experimental group patients received psychological care during the perioperative use of investigative tools to study tested and compared.Results （~The average experimental group the night before surgery and three days after state anxiety water than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.prompt psychological caret to reduce the patient＇s anxiety level. （~The experimental group, the postoperative pain score was also lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, suggesting that psychological care can also ease the patient＇s pain. Conclusion Psychological care could improve patients＇ mental state, and alleviate pain in patients with effective care measures.
