摘要
随着世界经济一体化进程的加快及以网络信息技术为标志的新经济的快速发展,形成垄断的原因、垄断在经济实践中的具体存在形式以及垄断对经济活动的影响都发生了显著改变。从"经济法的宪法"的反垄断法在新时期发展趋势上,分析产生此趋势的成因,有助于为我国反垄断规制工作提供有益的启示。
With the acceleration of global economic unification process and the rapid development of new economy marked by Internet information technology, salient changes have taken place in the causes of monopoly formulation, the specific forms of monopoly in economic practice, and monopoly＇s impact on economic activities. Analysis of the causes for the development trend of anti-monopoly law, alias ＂the constitution of economic laws＂, in the new era will provide rewarding revelations for the anti-monopoly regulation work in China.
