A lively embodiment of judicial activities and legal application, legal cases play an important role in shaping our accurate understanding of law and better legal application. China has just started constructing the procuratorate case guidance system, and there are still many problems related to entity and procedure. An empirical study shows that it is both necessary and feasible to construct the procuratorate case guidance system in China.
