民警心理控制源倾向性的研究与分析——以新疆基层派出所民警为例

Research and Analysis of Civil Police＇s Locus of Mental Control Persuasion

新疆位于祖国的西北边陲，近些年来，随着社会和经济的快速发展，严重暴力恐怖案件和违法犯罪事件时有发生，严重的影响了新疆地区的长治久安，在维护国家稳定、打击暴力恐怖犯罪事件、维护民族团结等方面，警察做出了不可磨灭的贡献。笔者采用《心理控制源量表》对224名来自新疆基层的派出所民警心理控制源进行了测试。测试结果表明：（1）新疆派出所警察的心理控制源整体倾向于外控性；（2）内控性在成长地、警龄和职级上均有显著差异：权势控在警龄和教育程度上差异显著：机遇控在成长地上差异显著。

Xinjiang is located in the northwest border of our motherland. In recent years, along with the rapid development of economy and society, the violent terrorist cases and illegal crimes happen from time to time, which has serious influence on the long-term stability of the Xinjiang region. In order to maintain national stability, fight against the violent terrorist crimes, and keep national unity, the civil police there have made an indelible contribution. The author then tested the 224 police＇s Locus of Mental Control. The result shows that, （ 1 ）most police＇s Locus of Mental Control belongs to externality; （2）the internality difference lies in different growing land, age of being police and the rank of police; the powerful difference lies in various age of being police and education; and the chance scale in growing land.
