一名服刑罪犯只身出监房、开铁锁、翻院墙、钻电网、越狱墙，从监狱越狱脱逃，引起了社会各界的关注。本案属于监狱行刑监管期间服刑罪犯的典型越狱案件，纵观该案件的越狱预谋、实施全过程，从刑事视角进行反思，该监狱的诸多监管细节存在漏洞；刑法对相关罪名的规定存在遗漏，应增设越狱罪。

This is a typical case of prison break conducted during term service and supervision. The plotting and its execution of the prison break, viewed in the criminal perspective, expose the loopholes in the prison＇s supervision. Prison break should be included as a crime in the Criminal Law.
