摘要
详细分析了我国现行原煤计量和商品煤计量双轨制的现状及其存在的问题,提出了以商品煤计量的单轨制建议方案。
The status and problems of current double-track system of raw coal amount calculation and commercial coal amount calculation in China were analyzed in detail, and then a reform scheme of single-track amount calculation system based on commercial coal was proposed.
