摘要
围绕环境监察队伍执法能力和环境应急能力等关键问题,结合基层环境监察工作的经验,提出了加强环保能力建设的对策。
With regards to the key issues of the capacity building in the environmental law enforcement and emergency response, some countermeasures are proposed in this article based on the working experience in the local environmental supervision unit.
