宝钢一期干熄焦吊车梁改善修复

THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DRY COKE QUENCHING CRANE BEAM IN THE FIRST PHASE OF BAOSTEEL PROJECT

结合宝钢一期干熄焦吊车梁出现的问题 ,从吊车梁改善修复、吊车梁与钢柱连接方式的改进、压轨器及新型复合橡胶垫板的研制应用到最后的组织实施等多方面进行了介绍 ,通过综合技术创新 ,使吊车梁的安全可靠性得到了保证 ,设备的运行状况得到了极大改善。

Based on the problem of the dry coke quenching crane beam in phase\|I project of Baosteel,the author provides information on the repair and improvement of the crane beam,the improvement of the connection method of the crane beam and the steel pillar, and the study and application of the rail press and the new type of the compound rubber plate.The methods of organization and implement are also gaven.Through the synthetical innovation on technique,the reliability of the crane beam is secured,and the operation condition of the device has also been greatly improved.
