摘要
经超微粉碎获得人工栽培紫芝(Ganoderma sinense)子实体超细粉,以乙醇为改性剂,应用超临界CO2流体萃取技术获得紫芝萃取物(醇溶性部位);从萃取物的石油醚-乙酸乙酯洗脱物中分离得到3个化合物,采用显微熔点测定仪、红外分光光度计和超导核磁共振仪分别鉴定为灵芝醇A(ganoderiol A)、ganodermadiol和灵芝酮三醇(ganodermanontrio1)。
Finely ground Ganoderma sinense fruit bodies were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction using absolute EtOH as entrainer.The ethanol soluble fraction was applied to a ZCX-III silica column and eluted with a mobile phase consisting of different ratios of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.Three triterpene alcohols were separated in the different fractions and identified as ganoderio1 A,ganodermadio1 and ganodermanontriol based on melting point determinations,and IR,ESI-MS and NMR spectroscopy.
