For the development of science and technology and the improvement of business,the communication network becomes increasing developed and perfect.In October 2008,with successful acquirement of China unicom’s CDMA by China telecom,CDMA communication network enters a new period of development.Along with the increase of business and users,China telecom needs to constantly improve network capacity and network coverage,and only through the scientific network optimization and network planning can China telecom create high-quality CDMA network,thus to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
