颈内静脉和股静脉置管在血液净化中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析颈内静脉和股静脉置管建立血管通路在血液净化中的应用特点和优缺点。方法通过1 358例次颈内静脉和股静脉留置导管患者的回顾性对照分析,观察两种置管方法的成功率、导管留置时间、置管相关并发症等。结果股静脉置管成功率高于颈内静脉置管,颈内静脉置管留置时间长于股静脉置管,颈内静脉置管的一般并发症发生率低于股静脉置管。结论颈内静脉和股静脉留置导管都是有效的血液净化通路,各具特点和优缺点,应根据临床具体情况选择使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of internal jugular vein catheterization (ijvc)and femoral vein catheterization (fvc)in blood purification,and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two vascular accesses. Methods 1 358 ijvc and fvc procedures were performed and the rate of catheterization success, the catheters'survival life, complications of catheterization were observed respectively and retrospectively, Results The rate of catheterization success of fvc was higher than that of ijvc. The survival life of ijvc was longer than that of fvc and the incidence of ordinary complications of ijvc was lower than that of fvc. Conclusion Both ijvc and fvc are effective vascular accesses in blood purification and each has its own clinical characteristics , advantages and disadvantages. The using selection of the two methods should base clinical specific conditions.
