摘要
目的观察第二代杂交捕获法(hybrid capture 2,HC2)联合薄层液基细胞学(TCT)技术在宫颈病变中的诊断价值,尤其是了解HC2-HPV-DNA在宫颈癌诊断中的预测价值。方法分析200例山西省人民医院门诊病历HC2-HPV联合TCT检查结果,并与组织学对比分析,报告结果异常者行阴道镜下宫颈活检病理学检查。结果 TCT单项诊断的灵敏度为80.41%,HC2-HPV单项诊断的灵敏度为74.35%,二者联合诊断的灵敏度为96.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年龄段组内细胞学异常分布无明显差异(P>0.05)。各年龄组组间细胞学分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HC2-HPV联合TCT检查可显著提高对宫颈癌前病变诊断的灵敏度,是宫颈癌早期筛查的有效手段。
Objective To observe the the diagnosis value of second generation hybrid capture method (hybrid capture 2, HC2) combined with thin layer base cytology (TCT) technology in cervical lesions, especially about HC2-HPV-DNA in cervical cancer diagnosis in predictive value. Methods Collected and analyzed 200 cases of Shanxi Province people's hospital outpatient records HC2 a HPV joint TCT results and and histological analysis. The report results abnormal persons do vaginal microscopically cervical biopsy pathological examination. Results The sensitivity of TCT single diagnosis was 80.41%. HC2 a single diagnosis of HPV 74.35% sensitivity, the sensitivity of combining both diagnosis was 96.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Each age group cytology distribution no obvious difference (P〉0.05). Each age difference distribution difference between qol cytology are statistically significant (P〈 0.05), with 31 to 40 years old and 41-60 years old group respectively 1% and 42.8%, 39. Total accounted for 81.9%.Conclusion HC2 combined with TCT HPV check can significantly improve the lesion before the diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical cancer early screening sensitivity is effective means.
