目的比较正常分娩与剖宫产妇女的生活质量及其对母婴的影响。方法 450例住院分娩产妇,行剖宫产360例,经阴道分娩90例,观察比较不同分娩方式对母体及胎儿的影响。结果剖宫产的指征被放宽;剖宫产术后增加了外科手术的干预机会,并且由于这些问题需要住院治疗,因此严重影响妇女产后的生活质量。剖宫产对母体、胎儿、新生儿均有一定的影响;剖宫产率高存在一定的社会和医源性因素。结论临床医师应严格掌握剖宫产手术指征,严密观察产程,及时发现异常及时处理,从母婴安全着想,应保护、支持阴道分娩,提高产科质量,选择最安全、最科学的分娩方式,提高出生人口素质。

Objective To compare the quality of life in women and fetus after normal vaginal delivery and caesarean section. Methods The condition with, 360 case of cesarean section vs 90 case of vayina parturition was counted and analyzed that. Results The indication of cesarean section was being relaxed, caesarean section might increase the incidence of surgical interventions and problems resulting from hospitalization and thus affecting quality of life in women after delivery. Cesarean section may bring influence for mother＇body and fetus and neonate;High rate of cesarean section is caused by certain socialist and clinical factors. Conclusion The indication of cesarean section must be implemented strictly in clinical application. Watching stages of labor, dealing with the abnormal and choose the normal methods of delivery. And cesarean section must not be used wilful.
