摘要
目的总结利用竹筏原理,采用T形锁定板和苜蓿钢板治疗Pilon骨折的经验。方法 36例Pilon骨折患者按Ruedi-Allgower分型,达Ⅱ型19例,Ⅲ型17例,均采用切开复位,L形锁定板或苜蓿钢板内固定术。结果治疗后,临床疗效优良率80.6%,其中Ⅱ型达84.2%,Ⅲ型达76.5%。结论利用竹筏原理,采用L形锁定板或苜蓿钢板治疗Pilon骨折,具有固定稳定性可靠,有利于骨折愈合和早期关节负重的优点,其远期疗效有待于进一步讨论。
Objective To sum up the application of bamboo rafting by using the theory of locking plate and t-shaped alfalfa Pilon fracture of the steel plate treatment experience. Methods 36 patients were trated with open reduction t.press Ruedi-Allgower points type: among them II type (19 cases), m type of 17 cases, L shape locking plate and alfalfa plate fixation. Results After treatment, clinical curative effect was 80.6%, among them II type of 84.2%, III type of 76.5%. Conclusion Using bamboo rafting theory and by locking plate and alfalfa L shape steel treatment Pilon fracture, has the fixed stability and reliable, which is beneficial to fracture healing and early joint the advantages of weight, the long-term effect into a fracture to discuss.
