硫酸沙丁胺醇结肠定位缓释胶囊的含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定硫酸沙丁胺醇结肠定位缓释胶囊的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇(85:15),检测波长为276nm。结果:硫酸沙丁胺醇在16~112μg/ml范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性,r=0.9999;回收率为99.82%,RSD=0.77%;本品含量符合要求。结论:该方法简单可靠,可用于本品的质量控制。 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Salbutamol Sulfate oral colon-targeted sustained-release capsule.Methods:C18 column was used,with the mobile phase of sodium dihydrogenphosphate solution-methanol(85:15),detection wavelength was 276nm.Results:when the concentration of Salbutamol Sulfate varied between 16 and 112μg/ml,the peak area showed a good linear correlation with the concentration,r=0.9997;Recovery rate was 99.49%,RSD=0.77%;Content of Salbutamol Sulfate was complied with the standard.Conclusion:the method was simple and reliable,which could be used as the quality control method of Salbutamol Sulfate oral colon-targeted sustained-release capsule.
