紫外分光光度法测定复方姜黄降脂片中大类成分姜黄总酚的含量

Study on macro-category composition of Curcuma hyaroxybenzene in Compound Jianghuang tablets by UV spectrophotometry

目的:建立复方姜黄降脂片中的姜黄总酚测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在421nm测定吸收度,计算含量。结果:本方法的线性范围2.580～5.160μg/m(lr=0.9999),平均回收率为101.2(RSD=1.08%,n=5)。结论:本方法简单、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To develop a method to determine t Curcuma hyaroxybenzene in Compound Jianghuang tablets.Methods：UV spectrophotometry was used with detection wavelength at 421nm.Results：The standard curve was linear over the range of 2.580μg/ml～5.160μg/ml,（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 101.2（RSD=1.08%,n=5）.Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the control quality of Compound Jianghuang tablets.
