RP-HPLC测定杜仲腰痹丸中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of ferulic acid in Duzhong Yaobi pill by RP-HPLC

目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定杜仲腰痹丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent EclipseXDBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17︰83),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为316nm,柱温35℃。结果:阿魏酸浓度0.230～2.304μg/mL与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.1%(n=6)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、快速,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Duzhong Yaobi pill.Methods：RP-HPLC was adopted.A separation was performed on a Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）with acetonitrile-0.085%phosphonic acid（17︰83）as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the detective UV wavelength was 316nm,The column temperature was 35℃.Results：The calibration curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.230～2.304μg/mL,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 97.5%,RSD=2.1%（n=6）.Conclusions：The method is sensitive,accurate and rapid,with good repeatability.It could be used to control the quality of this preparation.
