48所县医院药剂科工作现状调查及分析

Investigation and analysis to the current situation of pharmacy department in country hospital of Xinjiang region

目的:客观反映新疆地区县医院药剂科工作现状,分析县医院药剂科在发展过程存在的困难,进行对策研究。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,收集48所县医院药剂科有关人员配置、药品供应及临床药学开展情况等相关数据,应用统计学方法进行描述。结论:新疆地区县医院药剂科工作模式仍然以传统的药品供应保障模式为主。90%以上的药学人员从事药品调配工作,不到2%的药学人员承担临床药学工作,药剂科的工作模式仍然以供应保障模式为主,临床药学工作处于探索和尝试阶段。

Objective：To reflect current situation of the pharmacy department in country hospital of Xinjiang region,Analysis the existing difficulties of county hospital pharmacy in the development process and research countermeasures.Methods：Through questionnaire survey and interviews,collecting 48 county hospital pharmacy personnel allocation,drug supply and clinical pharmacy and other related data,application of statistical methods to describe.Result The work mode of pharmacy department was still the traditional supporting mode based drug supplying in the county of Xinjiang area hospital pharmacy working mode.More than 90% of the pharmacy staff engaged in drug allocation,less than 2% of the pharmacy staff under the work of clinical pharmacy,Conclusion：pharmacy working mode continues to supply mode,the clinical pharmacy work under trial stage.
