米仔兰中环戊烷并苯呋喃化学成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究米仔兰中环戊烷并苯呋喃类化合物的化学成分。[方法]采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱层析及制备薄层色谱等分离方法从米仔兰枝叶中分离含有环戊烷并苯呋喃结构的化合物,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR和MS等波谱技术对分离化合物的结构进行鉴定。[结果]从米仔兰枝叶的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到4个含有环戊烷并苯呋喃结构的化合物,经鉴定为3'-Hydroxyrocaglamide(化合物1)、aglaroxin E(化合物2)、rocaglamide(化合物3)和3'-Hydroxyrocaglamide(化合物4);其中,化合物2在米仔兰植物中首次被发现。[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于米仔兰中环戊烷并苯呋喃类化合物的化学成分研究。 [Objective] To study the chemical constituents of cyclopenta[b]benzofuran from A.odorata.[Method] The cyclopenta[b]benzofuran compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of A.odorata by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-2 and preparative TLC.And their structures were identified with 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.[Result] Four cyclopenta[b]benzofuran compounds were isolated and identified as 3′-Hydroxyrocaglafolin(compound 1),aglaroxin E(compound 2),rocaglamide(compound 3)and 3′-Hydroxyrocaglamide(compound 4);and compound 2 was found in A.odorata for the first time.[Conclusion] The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for studying the chemical constituents of cyclopenta[b]benzofuran from A.odorata.
