普施特降解菌的筛选及作用效果研究

摘要 [目的]筛选出能降解普施特的菌株并确定其降解效果。[方法]采用限制性培养的方法,从长期施用普施特的大豆田土壤中分离得到一株能降解普施特的细菌;采用水培法测定了不同稀释倍数降解菌发酵液与不同浓度普施特组合对萌芽的水稻种子的根长、根鲜重、芽长、芽鲜重的影响。[结果]降解菌降解的普施特最佳浓度为20μg/kg,降解菌被稀释1 000倍时对普施特的降解效果最好。[结论]筛选出的菌株具有降解普施特的潜在应用价值。 [Objective] To choose the strain of imazethapyr degradable bacteria and study their effects on degrading imazethapyr.[Method] One strain of imazethapyr degradable bacteria was isolated from the soybean soil that was contaminated with imazethapyr for a long time by limited culture.The effects of different diluted multiples of culture fluid and different dosage of imazethapyr have influence on the root length,fresh weight,length and fresh weight of rice seeds.[Result]The antidotal effect on imazethapyr was the best when the optimum dose of imazethapyr was 20 μg/kg and the degradable bacteria was diluted as many as 1 000 times.[Conclusion]The screened strain had certain potential of degrading imazethapyr.
