科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基对创伤弧菌检测效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基(CHROMagarTMVibrio)对创伤弧菌的检测效果。[方法]通过CHROMagarTMVibrio、梅里埃弧菌显色培养基(ChromID Vibro)与硫代硫酸盐-柠檬酸盐-胆盐-蔗糖(TCBS)琼脂培养基之间进行比对,采用阳性菌株直接平板计数和人工污染样品的方法,对CHROMagarTMVibrio的灵敏度、特异性和检测效果进行评价。[结果]CHROMagarTMVibrio平板上创伤弧菌为绿色圆形直径约2~3 mm的光滑菌落(培养24 h后)。CHROMagarTMVibrio平板在特异性上优于另2种平板,在灵敏度上跟ChromIDVibro相近,但大大优于TCBS平板。当样品中大约有3.0 cfu/ml浓度的目标菌时,经过选择性增菌培养,3种平板均可以检出。[结论]CHROMagarTMVibrio具有良好的灵敏度、特异性,能提高创伤弧菌的检出率。 [Objective] To evaluate CHROMagarTM Vibrio for isolation and presumptive identification of Vibrio vulnificus.[Method] CHROMagarTM Vibrio was compared with ChromID Vibro and thiosulfate-citrate-bile salts-sucrose(TCBS) agar culture medium,and the specificity,sensitivity and detection effect of CHROMagarTM Vibrio were determined by positive strain plate count and the method of artificially contaminated samples.[Result]Vibrio vulnificus yielded green circle diameter smooth colonies about 2-3 mm while culturing in the CHROMagarTM Vibrio(after 24 hours culture).In specificity study,CHROMagarTM Vibrio was better than ChromID Vibro and TCBS.In sensitivity,CHROMagarTM Vibrio and ChromID Vibro were better than TCBS.It could be found that the 3.0 cfu/ml target bacteria in all of the substrates can be detected after selective cultivation of sample.[Conclusion] The CHROMagarTM Vibrio shows good sensitivity and specialty,it can improve the detection rate of Vibrio vulnificus.
