基于GIS的黑龙江省土地利用绩效区际格局研究

Research on the Spatial Distribution of Land Use Performance in Heilongjiang Province Based on GIS

以《黑龙江省统计年鉴2010》数据为基础,构建经济、效益、效率和公平的"4E"土地利用绩效评价体系,采用层次分析法对黑龙江省土地利用绩效水平进行综合评价。针对其评价结果,运用GIS软件对土地利用绩效水平分布状况进行研究。通过寻求省内土地利用绩效水平差异存在的原因,相应提出提高土地利用绩效水平的方法与措施。

According to the data in 2010 Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook,a ＂4E＂（Economy,Effectiveness,Efficiency and Equity） evaluation system was constructed for land use,and the land use performance level in Heilongjiang Province was comprehensively evaluated by analytic hierarchy process.In view of the evaluation results,the distribution of land use performance level was studied with GIS software.The causes to the differential land use performance level were exposed and related measures were put forward to improve the land use performance level.
