摘要
对螺杆膨化挤压机套筒离合驱动机构装置进行优化设计,在现有螺杆挤压机下端安装液压驱动机构以实现套简的机械开合。对设计的套筒离合驱动机构动力学模型进行理论计算,经验证该装置结构安全、操作简单、维护方便,具有很大的社会应用价值。
The design of sleeve separation and reunion drive device of screw melt extruder equipment was optimized,based on the present installation of hydraulic drive device to achieve the mechanical opening and closing of the sleeve,the dynamic model of the sleeve separation and reunion drive was theoretically measured,and it was verified that the device is simple to operate and convenient to maintain,thus it has great social values.
