摘要
该研究从分析化学角度,介绍了一些重要的氨基酸分析方法,其中包括柱前衍生化法以及柱后衍生化方法,总结了柱前衍生化法、柱后衍生化法及其不同衍生试剂的优缺点,为氨基酸分析方法的应用提供了理论基础。
From the angle of analytical chemistry, several important amino acid analysis methods were introduced, including the pre-column derivatization and post-column derivatization, the advantages and disadvantages of different derivative reagents were summarized, providing theoretical basis for the application of amino acid analysis method.
