摘要
[目的]结合教学与科研工作实践,探讨采用图像处理软件Photoshop分析免疫组化图像的使用规范。[方法]选用合适方法对免疫组化图像进行分割与灰度转换处理,再采用软件测量与分析免疫组化图像,同时与Image-Pro Plus、ImageJ专业软件分析结果比较。[结果]该方法操作便捷,数据准确可靠。[结论]该方法值得在实验教学和科学研究中推广使用。
[ Objective] To discuss the normative application of Photoshop software in immunnhistochemieal image analysis combine with prac- tical teaching and researeh. [ Method ] The suitahle methods of image segmentation and gradation conversion were chosen ; afterwards immuno- histochemieal images were analyzed with Photoshop software, which was with specialized software bnage-Pro Plus and lmageJ. [ Resuh] The method was convenient and the data was precise. [ Conclusion] The method was good for the experimental teaching and scientific research.
