摘要
[目的]筛选和鉴定能产Bacillomycin D的芽孢杆菌。[方法]通过PCR技术对36株具有抑菌活性的芽孢杆菌进行检测,筛选出具有Bacillomycin D合成酶基因的菌株,并利用快速蛋白液相色谱技术(FPLC)对筛选出的菌株进行检测,最后通过16S rDNA和gyrB基因序列对这些菌株进行分子鉴定。[结果]共筛选出4株能产生Bacillomycin D的菌株,其中2株为萎缩芽孢杆菌(Bacillus atrophaeus),2株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(B.amyloliquefaciens)。[结论]该研究为高效微生物农药的开发奠定了基础。
[ Objective] The aim was to screen and identify Bacillomycin D producing strains of Bacillus. [ Method] PCR technique was used for detection the potential Bacillomycin D producing strains from 36 Bacillus wild type strains, and the isolated strains were detected by FPLC. Finally, the 165 rDNA and gyrB sequences were used to identify the Bacillomycin D producing strains. [ Result] Four Bacillomycin D produ- cing strains were selected, and strain CJT-2 and BNT-34 were identified as B. amyloliquefaciens, XJT-7 and CAB-1 were identified as B. atro- phaeus. [ Conclusion] The study lays a foundation for development of high efficiency microbial pesticides.
