摘要
[目的]研究环保型复合絮凝剂的制备与应用。[方法]以天然生物制品壳聚糖(CTS)、硫酸铁(Fe2(SO4)3)以及聚合氯化铝(PAC)为主要原料制备了4种环保型絮凝剂,并对武汉生物工程学院生活污水进行絮凝处理,以污水COD、浊度为主要指标,研究了复合絮凝剂配方、絮凝剂用量、水体pH变化等对絮凝效果的影响。[结果]制备的CTS/PAC和CTS/Fe2(SO4)3复合絮凝剂对污水COD和浊度去除率比单独使用无机絮凝剂有较大提高;CTS/PAC最佳体积配比为1.0∶5.0,每500 ml水复合絮凝剂CTS/PAC最小投加量为4.0 ml,对水体COD和浊度的去除率在pH=7.2时效果最佳,分别为78.5%、98.4%,比单独使用PAC对COD的去除率提高了36.5%,对于浊度的去除率提高21.5%。[结论]CTS/PAC是一种理想复合絮凝剂,具有较好的推广应用前景。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study preparation and application of the environment-friendly floeculant. [ Method ] Natural bi- ological products chitosan ( CTS), ferric sulfate [ Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 ] and polymeric aluminum chloride ( PAC ) as the main raw materials, four kinds of environment-friendly floeeulants were made to conduct flocculation treatment on the domestic wastewater of Wuhan Bioengineering Institute. COD and turbidity of the wastewater as the main indicators, influences of compound floeculant formulation, floeeulant dosage and pH on tloc- eulation effect were studied. [ Result] CTS/PAC and CTS/ Fe2 (SO4)3 compound floeeulants had better removal rates of COD and turbidity when compared with single inorganic flocculant. The best volume ratio of CTS/PAC was 1.0: 5.0. The smallest dosage of CTS/PAC in each 500 ml of water was 4.0 ml. When pH was 7.2, removal rates of COD and turbidity were respectively 78.5% and 98.4%, which rose by 36. 5% and 21.5% respectively than that singly using PAC. [ Conclusion] CTS/PAC was a kind of ideal compound floeeulant and had better application prospect.
