绿色木霉F6降解玉米秸秆的固体发酵条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探寻绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)F6固体发酵降解玉米秸秆的最佳发酵条件。[方法]研究发酵温度、基质含水率、通气状况、接种量及基质初始pH对玉米秸秆降解率的影响,在此基础上采用二次正交旋转组合设计对这5个因素及其交互作用对玉米秸秆降解率的影响进行分析,并对其发酵条件进行了优化。[结果]玉米秸秆固体发酵的最适条件为31.6℃下调节基质含水率61.7%,pH6.0,接种5.0 ml液体菌种,6层纱布封口。经验证,该条件下玉米秸秆的降解率可达46.38%。[结论]绿色木霉F6固体发酵降解玉米秸秆效果良好,操作简单,经济高效,有较高的应用价值。 [ Objective ] To explore the optimum conditions of solid fermentation degrading corn straw by Trichoderma viride F6. [ Method j The effects of fermentation temperature, media moisture content, aeration regulation, inoculum concentration and media initial pH value on degra- dation rate of corn straw are investigated, based on which the twice orthogonal revolving combination design is adopted to study the influence of these five factors and their interaction on degradation rate of corn straw and optimize the fermentation parameters. [ Result] It is found that op- timal conditions for solid fermentation of corn straw were based on eulture at 31.6 ℃ under 6.0 pH after 5.0 ml inoculation, with 61.7% moisture and seal by six layers of gauze. Under the above conditions, the degradation rate of corn straw could reach as high as 46.38%. [ Conclusion] It has good effect to corn straw by Trichoderma viride F6, this technology is simple and economic, which is suitable for industri- alization.
