摘要 [目的]研究不同提取条件对宽叶荨麻叶绿素提取效率的影响,为宽叶荨麻叶绿素的提取和开发利用提供参考。[方法]采用浸提法,通过单因素和正交试验,确定宽叶荨麻叶绿素提取的最佳浸提溶剂、料液比、浸提温度和浸提时间,并辅以超声波提取法进行提取效率的比较。[结果]以80%丙酮为浸提溶剂的宽叶荨麻叶绿素提取工艺条件为料液比1∶20 g/ml、温度56℃、浸提时间7 h。影响宽叶荨麻叶绿素提取效率的主次因素顺序是:料液比>提取温度>提取时间。通过超声波辅助提取法和浸提法的比较,得出超声波辅助提取法提取具有速率快、效率高的优点。[结论]料液比是影响宽叶荨麻叶绿素提取效率的最主要因素,超声波提取法可明显提高宽叶荨麻叶绿素的提取效率。 [ Objective] To study the effects of different conditions on the extraction efficiency of chlorophyll from U. laetevirens, so as to pro- vide references for the development and utilization of U. laetevirens leaves. [ Method ] Condition experiment and orthogonal test were adopted to determine extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio, temperature, extraction time and optimize the extraction process, and the extraction efficien- cy was compared. [ Result] The optimal conditions for the extraction by using 80% acetone were as follows: 1 : 20 of solid-liquid ratio at 56 ℃ for 7 h. Influential factors are ranked as : solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time. Ultrasonic assisted extraction process has the obvious advantages of rapid and higher efficiency over traditional extraction method. [ Conclusion] Solid-liquid ratio is the major factor influencing the extraction efficiency, and the ultrasonic assisted extraction process can greatly improve the extraction rate.
