基于农民需求的农业科技供给模式构建研究——以山东省为例

Building of Agricultural Science and Technology Supply Model Based on Farmers' Demand

通过问卷调查分析了山东省农业科技供给和需求方面面临的问题,构建了"一体两翼"的农业科技供给模式,即以政府为主体,农业科技研究单位和农民合作社为两翼。在此基础上提出了促进"一体两翼"农业科技供给模式有效实施的对策,即深化对现有农技推广部门的改革,鼓励农业科技研究单位参与农业推广、强化合作社系统的服务功能等。

The problems facing the supply and demand of agricultural science and technology in Shandong Province were analyzed with ques- tionnaire survey, a ＂ one body two wings＂ supply model was built, one body refers to the government, while two wings represents respectively agricultural science and technology research institutes and farmers＇ cooperatives. On this basis, some measures were proposed for the effective implementation of the supply model, including to deepen the reform of existing agricultural technology extension departments, encouraging the agricultural science and technology research institutes to participate in the agricultural extension, to strengthen the services functions of cooper- atives system, etc..
