对泸州当前烟农队伍现状进行了分析,并对烟农队伍流失的原因进行了研究,在此基础上提出了针对性的措施,即加大政策调控力度、实施烟农分类管理、建立职业烟农队伍、推广烟叶机械作业、建立烟农培训制定、完善风险保障机制。

Present situation of tobacco farmers and the causes to the loss of tobacco farmers were analyzed, based on which some correspond- ing suggestions were presented, for examples, to improve the strength of government regulation, carry out the classified management of tobacco farmers, build a professional team of tobacco farmers, promote the mechanized tobacco production, provide training to the farmers and improve the risk control system.
