摘要
以伺服驱动器为研究对象,对其测试方法进行了仿真研究。通过对其构造与原理的深入分析,提出一种单体测试方法。即通过模拟伺服驱动器的实际工作环境,对其输出的相关信号进行采集和分析,从而判断其工作状态是否正常。按照所提出的测试方法采用Matlab/Simulink对其测试系统进行了建模与仿真,目前阶段得出的仿真结果表明了所采用方法的可行性和有效性,从而为研制在没有配套执行电机条件下的伺服驱动器自动测试系统提供了一种可行的方法。
The servo driver is taken as research object and simulation study is conducted on its test meth- od. A test method only for servo driver monomer is put forward through analyzing its structure and theo- ry deeply. The actual working condition of the servo driver is simulated. Then the related output signals are acquired and analyzed. Accordingly it can be judged whether the operative mode of the servo driver is normal or not. Modeling and simulation for its test system are completed using Matlab/Simulink ac- cording to the test method. At present, the results of simulation indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Thus an achievable way is provided to develop the automatic test system of ser- vo driver under the circumstance of no matched servo motor.
