摘要
五坐标插补过程中,旋转轴运动的影响使实际刀位运动偏离编程直线,产生了非线性误差。在深入分析双摆头五坐标机床运动原理和非线性误差的产生机理的基础上,介绍了一种集成RTCP(旋转刀具中心点)功能的插补算法。RTCP功能可使数控系统自动对旋转轴的运动进行实时线性补偿,从而保证插补点始终位于编程轨迹上。通过MATLAB仿真计算验证了该算法可以有效减小非线性误差。
The movement of rotary axis brings to the non-linear error in five-axis interpolation which the practical trajectory between two adjacent cutter location points deviated from the ideal programming line. Based on detailed analysis of the kinematics principle of double heads 5-axis machine and the theory of non-linear error, a new design of interpolated algorithm integrated with RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point) function is presented. The RTCP function can always make the interpolated point on the program- ming track by a real-time linear compensating motion of the linear axes of the CNC system. The MAT- LAB simulation results prove that this algorithm can reduce the non-linear error efficiently.
