摘要
对某雷达天线的结构组成和系统设计要求进行了简要介绍,在天线支架已有结构尺寸的基础上,对其结构形式和材料进行了详细地设计分析。特别针对天线支架的抗风能力的要求,利用有限元分析软件,对其进行了有限元建模,仿真了其在不同结构形式、材料和厚度条件下的应力和变形,最终确定了天线支架具体的设计路线。结合风洞试验进行验证,实验结果表明了天线支架结构设计满足使用要求。
In this paper,the structure composition and system design requirements of a radar antenna are introduced briefly,and the structure of the radar antenna frame and material are designed and analyzed in detail. Especially for the wind resistant capability of antenna frame, the antenna frame are modeled and simulated with the finite element analysis software, and the stress and deformation are calculated according to different structure, material and thickness of the frame. Ultimately the design method is determined. It is proved that the structure design can meet the needs of the overall design with wind tunnel experiment.
