摘要
针对船载卫通天线C轴齿轮在零点附近位置磨损严重、制动不稳定等问题,结合测量船复杂的海上作业环境,深入分析了目前船载卫通站伺服系统在跟踪过程中C轴的角度调整模式,指出现有模式的缺点和不足,同时验证了其在实际应用过程中对传动链性能、跟踪和校相等造成的影响。通过将自跟踪和自适应跟踪2种模式进行比较分析,提出了一种复合调整模式,从而改善了C轴的应用策略,有效保护了传动链系统。
Aiming at the problems of severe wear and instability brake of the gear in cross-axis for shipboard satellite communication antenna near the point of zero and combining the complicated environment of the marine operation, the angle adjustment method of cross - axis in shipboard communication servocontrol system is deeply analyzed, and the shortcoming for present mode is pointed out, as well as its influence on the transmission shaft, tracking and phase adjustment. Through the contrast between the auto tracking mode and adaptive tracking mode,a compound adjustment method is also proposed in order to improve the effect of cross-axis application and protect the transmission shaft effectively.
