摘要
目的观察小鼠后肾发育过程中所出现的细胞凋亡及凋亡小体的行踪。方法应用光镜和透射电子显微镜技术观察胚龄12,14,16,18 d胎鼠后肾发育过程中细胞凋亡及凋亡小体的超微结构。结果后肾发育中程序性细胞死亡是由经典的细胞凋亡和坏死样程序性死亡所组成,其中以经典的细胞凋亡为主要形式。细胞凋亡后形成凋亡小体,凋亡小体是由少量皱缩的细胞质和固缩的染色质碎块组成,一旦出现即被邻近细胞所吞噬。后肾内间质细胞、输尿管芽细胞以及发育中肾单位内各种细胞都具有很强的吞噬凋亡小体的能力。被吞噬的凋亡小体体积大小不一、数量不等,细胞器首先被消化,染色质碎块随后被消化。结论后肾发育时期凋亡细胞主要由后肾自体细胞吞噬处理,后肾内各种细胞都具有较强的吞噬凋亡小体的能力。
Objective To observe apoptotic bodies during metanephric development in mice. Methods Light microscopy and electron microscopy were used to detect programmed cell death in mouse kidney of embryonic day 12,14,16,and 18. Results Programmed cell death was composed of apoptosis and necmptosis programmed death during the metanephric development, and apoptosis was the main process of prograrrmaed cell death. Apoptotic body consisted of shrinkage cytoplasm and pieces of pyknotic nucleus. Each type of metanephric cells had strong ability of phagocytosis. Apoptotic corpses were disposed by metanephric cells through phagocytosis. Phagocytosed apoptotic bodies were often observed and they were varied in number and in size when engulfed by neighbouring cells. Conclusion Apoptotic cells were engulfed mainly by autologous cells during metanephric development, and metanephric cells had strong ability of phagocytosis.
