摘要
目的检测核转录因子-κB(nuclearfactor-κB,NF-κB)和锌指蛋白A20(zincfingerprotein,ZFPA20)在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达,了解NF-κB信号通路的激活情况及其与瘢痕疙瘩形成的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色技术、反转录酶一聚合酶链式反应(RT—PcR)技术检测16例瘢痕疙瘩和正常皮肤组织中NFxBp65和ZFPA20的蛋白表达及mRNA表达。结果人正常皮肤组织中NF-κBp65的表达低于瘢痕疙瘩组织;ZFPA20的表达高于瘢痕疙瘩组织(P〈0.05)。结论NFxB信号通路异常及ZFPA20的表达降低可能参与瘢痕疙瘩的形成。
Objective To investigate the protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB and zinc finger protein A20 in the keloid and normal skin and to explore its underlying molecular biological mecha-nism. Methods The protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 and zinc finger protein A20 in ke loid and normal skin was detected by immunohistochemistry and real time quantitative reverse tran-scription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 in keloid tissues was higher than those in normal skin tissues (P〈0.05). The protein and mRNA expression of zinc finger protein A20 in keloid tissues was lower than those in normal skin tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusions NF-κB signal pathways and zinc finger protein A20 could play a role in ke-loid pathogenesis.
