护士职业紧张、组织支持感与工作满意度关系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 随机抽取辽宁省有代表性的3个大、中、小城市的6所医院工作6个月以上575名女性护士为调查对象,应用付出-回报失衡问卷(ERI)、组织支持感问卷(POS)及明尼苏达满意度量表(MSQ)分别测量护士的职业紧张、组织支持感及工作满意度,多元分层回归分析探讨护士职业紧张、组织支持感与工作满意度的关系。结果认为护士的组织支持感在职业紧张对工作满意度影响中起中介作用。
