尖山铁矿主井提升设备及电控方案研究 被引量:3

Study on hoist and electric control scheme in main shaft of Jianshan Iron Mine

摘要 根据尖山铁矿主井提升系统的功能和现有的关键技术参数,在确定提升箕斗、平衡锤、首尾绳和罐道绳规格尺寸的基础上,按照最大终端载荷及静、动防滑安全系数j、d′、d″来确定合理可靠的落地多绳摩擦式提升机及制动液压站,进而通过各阶段提升出力校核主井提升电动机的容量。通过速度图验算提升能力,分析了全数字交流同步变频电控系统的基本配置及双三电平结构的工作原理和相关特性,并对提升机的速度、行程、超速、过卷等关键信号均采用多重保护,为尖山铁矿主井提升系统安全、高效的运行提供了良好的支持。 According to the functions and the key technical parameters of the hoisting system in main shaft of Jianshan Iron Mine, after determining the model and size of the hoisting skip, balancing weight, head and tail rope as well as guide rope, the paper determined the reasonable and reliable model of the ground multi-rope friction and the hydraulic braking station according to the biggest terminal load as well as static and dynamic anti-slip safe coefficients ofσj、σd′ and σd″, and checked the capacity of hoisting motor in main shaft through hoisting force during each stage. In addition, it checked lifting capacity through the speed chart, and analyzedthe essential configuration of full-digital AC synchronous frequency conversion control system as well as the working principle and characteristics of double-three voltage level structure. Moreover, key hoist accident sig- nals such as speed, travel limit, overspeed and overwinding were all protected in several way.s, which offered strong support for safe and efficient operation of the hoisting system in the main shaft of Jianshan Iron Mine.
