摘要
针对目前油泵电动机的运行监测和故障诊断的状况,利用LabVIEW软件,将虚拟仪器运用到实际生产中,建立一种新的油泵电动机振动信号的采集与监测系统。通过介绍该系统的硬件、软件系统,以及对于干扰的排除情况,说明了该系统在采集油泵电动机信号方面具有优势。试验证明,该系统可以准确地监测油泵电动机振动加速度及其功率谱情况。
In view of the current status of monitoring and fault diagnosis for the pump motor, the paper built a new acquisition and monitoring system for vibration signals of the pump motor by LabVIEW based on virtual instruments. It also introduced the hardware and software of the system and demonstrated the advantage of the system in acquiring signals of pump motor by interference elimination. Tests showed that the system could ac- curately observed vibration acceleration and power spectrum of the pump motor.
