Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of TanshinoneⅡA from Salvia miltiorrhiza by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的:优选丹参中丹参酮ⅡA超声提取工艺。方法:以石油醚和乙酸乙酯的比例、溶剂的用量、超声时间为考察因素,以丹参酮ⅡA提取率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加2倍量2:1的石油醚-乙酸乙酯溶剂,超声提取30min。此条件下,丹参酮ⅡA的提取率可达14.1%。结论:该提取工艺简便、易行,可用于丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的提取。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of tanshinones ⅡA from Salvia miltiorrhiza. METH- ODS: The ultrasonic extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with the percentage of aether petrolei and acetic ether, amount of solvent and ultrasonic time as index using extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA as evaluation index. RESULTS: The op- timal extraction technology was as follows: 2-fold aether petrolei and acetic ether (2 : 1), ultrasonic extracting for 30 min. The ex- traction rate of tanshinone ⅡAwas 14.1%. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is simple and feasible, and can be used for the extraction of tanshinone ⅡA from S. miltiorrhiza.
