摘要
目的:建立二天油的气相色谱指纹图谱,有效控制该产品质量。方法:色谱柱为ZebronZB-FFAP弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),进样口温度为230℃,载气为氮气,分流比为10:1,程序升温,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为235℃。结果:以水杨酸甲酯为参照物,标定了二天油指纹图谱中9个共有峰,识别出5个成分,并对共有峰进行了归属。结论:该方法稳定性、重复性好,可为有效控制二天油的质量提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish GC fingerprint of Ertianyou balm, and to control the quality of the product. METH- ODS: Zebron ZB-FFAP fused-silica capillary column (30 m×0.25 min×0.25 μm) was used . The injector temperature was 230 ℃. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas with split ratio of 10 : 1. FID detector was adopted with temperature of 235 ℃. RESULTS: Using methylsalicylate as control, 9 common peaks was on the fingerprint of Ertianyou balm and 5 components were identified; common peaks were classified. CONCLUSION: The method is stability and reproducible, and provides reference for the quality control of Ertianyou balm.
