我院2009-2011年中药免煎颗粒临床应用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Boil-free Granule of TCM in Our Hospital from 2009 to 2011

目的:了解中药免煎颗粒在我院临床使用的状况和趋势,为免煎颗粒的管理和扩大其临床应用提供依据。方法:利用医院数据库,统计我院2009-2011年中药免煎颗粒的使用数据,对销售额、销售数量进行统计分析。结果:近3年来,我院中药免煎颗粒的销售量和销售额呈逐年增长的趋势,销售额和销售量排序前10位的中药免煎颗粒种类和品种基本保持不变,其中补气、清热解毒类中药免煎颗粒销售额和销售量最大。结论:中药免煎颗粒在我院临床广泛使用,且使用量持续增加,做好其统计分析对中药免煎颗粒的使用和管理有积极意义。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization and tendency of boil-free granule of TCM in our hospital during 2009-- 2010 so as to provide reference for its management and clinical use. METHODS： The utilization of boil-free granule of TCM in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption quantity and consumption sum, based on the hospi- tal＇s database. RESULTS： The consumption quantity and consumption sum of boil-free granule of TCM showed gradually increas- ing trends in 3 years. The top 10 boil-free granule of TCM in the list of consumption quantity and consumption sum had no changes in species and categories. The consumption quantity and consumption sum of invigorating qi herbs, heat clearing and detoxicating herbs were the greatest. CONCLUSION： The boil-free granules of TCM are widely used in our hospital, and the consumption quan- tity grows continuously. The utilization analysis is meaningful for the management and clinical use of boil-free granule of TCM.
